I use my Dremmel to keep the inside links scratch free.
I use polishing compound with the buffing wheel to get the scratches out and then wash the watch to get the goo off.
Then use a new buffer wheel to shine the watch up.
Works good for me.
Recommend a $34 Drummel, has so many uses in the home.
